Design Recommendations

Client Responsibilities

Contractors and Installation
We are interior designers, not general contractors. We may collaborate with your contractor or recommend trusted professionals, but contractors, tradespeople, installers, architects, engineers, and vendors operate independently.
Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, you contract with and pay these professionals directly. We are not responsible for their workmanship, schedules, permits, warranties, errors, omissions, or conduct.
Furniture and Product Orders
When included in your service, we may handle ordering, vendor communication, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination for approved furniture and décor.
Product availability, pricing, lead times, shipping, manufacturing variations, and vendor policies may change without notice. We are not responsible for delays or changes outside our control.
Digital Products and Courses
Digital downloads, guides, templates, course materials, videos, and other educational content are licensed to the purchaser for personal, noncommercial use only.
