So the answer is a scheme rather than a color: a small set of bodies, trims, and accents that combine in more ways than there are houses, with the combinations written down. That is what makes an approval a decision rather than an argument.

A house needs one answer. A community needs a set of them that cannot clash, and a way of saying which house gets which. That is the work: the scheme, the combinations, and the document that lets somebody else apply it without calling me.
Yes. All paint colors are selected exclusively from Sherwin-Williams and documented with the color name and number. This gives you a clear, consistent palette that is easy to sample, purchase, and share with your painter.
It depends on how many elevations there are and how much is already specified, so it is quoted rather than priced. Tell me the size of the development and what is fixed — the roof, the stone, the windows — and I will come back with a number.
